<p>A spectacle lens comprising: a lens base member; a multi-layeredanti-reflectionfilm placedonthe lens base member, and including a layer mainly made of silicon dioxide as an outermost layer; and a water-and-oil repellent layer provided in contact with the outermost layer of the multi-layered anti-reflection film, and made by using, as raw materials: at least one kind of a first fluorine-substituted alkyl group-containing organosilicon compound and a second fluorine-substituted alkyl group-containing organosilicon compound, the first fluorine-substituted alkyl group-containing organosilicon compound being selected from the group consisting of fluorine-substituted alkyl group-containing organosilicon compounds such as a compound expressed by the following general formula (1):
(in the formula (1): Rf represents a perfluoroalkyl group or the like; Y represents iodine or the like; Y' represents a lower alkyl group or the like; Y" represents a trifluoromethyl group or the like; R 1 represents a hydrolyzable group; R 2 represents an inactive monovalent organic group or the like; a, b, c, and d each represent an integer of 0 to 200; e represents 0 or 1; s and t each represent an integer of 0 to 2; and w represents an integer of 1 to 10), and the second fluorine-substituted alkyl group-containing organosilicon compound being expressed by the following general formula (6):
