Anti-sleeping device comprises a cooling body (1), a Peltier element (3) fixed to the body and a control unit connected to the Peltier element and having a random generator to continuously impinge the Peltier element with a voltage so that the limbic system of the wearer of the device is excited. Preferred Features: The random generator is formed so that the level of the voltage produced detects temperature fluctuations in the region of 30-40[deg] C, preferably 31-39[deg] C, on the limbic system of the wearer of the device. The cooling body has a headband (6) on both ends to fix the device to the head of the wearer. |
