A method for automatically sensing generation of heat in a body is provided to sense the generation of heat due to diseases by automatically sensing a body temperature through a temperature sensor mounted on the telephone. In a process(S10) of measuring the generation of heat, the approach of a telephone speaker to an ear is recognized by a proximity sensor mounted around the telephone speaker. In the process of measuring a body temperature(S20), the body temperature of a user is automatically measured by the temperature sensor mounted on the telephone. The temperature sensor measures the inner temperature of the ear of the user. In the process(S30) of confirming the call termination, the call termination of the user is confirmed. In the process(S40) of confirming the generation of heat, the generation of heat in the body is determined by comparing the measured body temperature with the normal body temperature. In the process(S50) of notifying the generation of heat, the generation of heat is reported to the user by a speaker, a display, an SMS(Short Message Service), or an e-mail.
