An apartment house shoes cabinet is provided, which removes the bad smell of the shoes cabinet by using the main duct of the apartment house. An apartment house shoes cabinet comprises: a cabinet(100) for receiving the shoes; a ventilation diffuser(200) installed at the acceptance body upper inner side; a shoes cabinet exhaust duct(300) which is installed along the ceiling internal space of a building and in which one side end is connected to the ventilation diffuser and the other side end part is connected to the bathroom exhaust fan; and a controller selecting the operation of the bathroom exhaust fan.
