A vacuum mold for manufacturing a tubular hose and a manufacturing method of the tubular hose using the same are provided to restrict a phenomenon breaking or damaging the tubular hose due to external environment etc while maintaining a state of the hose having uniform thickness. A manufacturing method of a tubular hose includes the following steps of: manufacturing a hose semi-product(10) based on a tubular part having a bigger diameter than another tubular part; inserting the hose semi-product into a vacuum mold(20); forming a part of the tubular part of the hose semi-product by forming vacuum inside the mold; and manufacturing the tubular hose through a curing process of the hose semi-product.
