A cooling/heating system using a heat pump is provided to minimize heat loss in cooling and heating by using natural convection within the heat storage tank so as to stabilize the flow of fluid. A cooling/heating system, in which a compressor, a first heat exchanger, an expansion valve and a second heat exchanger constitute one cycle, includes a heat pump(10), a heat storage tank(20), and a radiation unit(30). The heat pump comprises an all-direction valve which converts the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to one of the first and second heat exchangers. The heat storage tank is located apart from the heater pump and connected to a first circulation line(21) to store or circulate cold or hot water obtained through water heat exchange method in the first heat exchanger. The radiation unit is provided in a heating-cooling part(40) located apart from the heat storage tank and connected to a second circulation line(31) to emit the cold or hot air through the circulation of cold or hot water in the heat storage tank.
