A cosmetic composition which blocks or delays the generation of wrinkle and contains an extract of oriental medicine is provided to have excellent skin damage prevention, stability of the extract, and antioxidation effect. A cosmetic composition for suppressing wrinkle generation and improving antiwrinkle comprises 0.0001-10 weight% of Cnidii Rhizoma, 0.0001- 10 weight% of Angelicae tenuissimae Radix, 0.0001-30 weight% of Puerariae Radix, 0.0001-30 weight% of Rhei Rhizoma 0.0001-10 weight%, 0.0001-10 weight% of Rehmanniae Radix crudus, and 0.0001-10 weight% of houttuynia cordata extract. The composition is used in a form of skin, milk lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, and nutrition essence.
