#CMT# #/CMT# The equipment (1) comprises a sound-capture panel (2) and an acoustic-emission panel (6), both oscillating in parallel and each respectively with primary (3n) and secondary (7i) induction coils connected between them in series. #CMT# : #/CMT# A primary (4n) and secondary (8i) system of permanent or electrical-induction magnets are linked respectively to the primary and secondary induction coils and fixed on a support (5). The orientation of the magnet polarities and the direction of winding of the coils are such that a current is generated in the primary coil from oscillations of the sound-capture panel, causing, via the secondary coil, the oscillations of equal frequency but opposite phase of the acoustic-emission panel. Superimposed acoustic waves are generated that cancel the acoustic waves with opposite phase correlating to the sounds and noise hitting the sound-capture panel.
