A METHOD FOR CLUSTERING ORTHOLOGS FROM MULTIPLE GENOMES

A method for automatically constructing ortholog cluster from genome of various species is provided to detect the ortholog, produce a large amount of ortholog and constitute exact cluster. A method for detecting ortholog from various species comprises: a step (S101) of producing ortholog pair by selecting n of species; a step of searching genomic ID and forming ortholog pairs having same ID in one group; a step (S102) of forming a matrix which indicates the similarity between the ortholog pairs; and a step (S103) of producing ortholog cluster.
