A humidity interlocking control thermal cycling drying apparatus is provided to control intake/exhaust quantity according to drying progresses optimally by monitoring the dehydrated state of the dried object of the drying apparatus in operation. A humidity interlocking control thermal cycling drying apparatus comprises a combustion chamber(20), a drying chamber(10), a circulation fan(50), and a heat return pipe(60). The combustion chamber produces hot blowing using the heating source including a burner(30). The hot blowing of the combustion chamber is put into the drying chamber. The circulation fan exhausts the residual hot blowing used in the drying chamber.
