An elastic pavement material using a porous cushion plate is provided to offer shock absorbing force and restoring force quickly against external force added to a surface layer by forming a porous cushion plate between a base layer and a surface layer of an elastic pavement material, thereby providing cushion force. An elastic pavement material using a porous cushion plate comprises a base layer(300) paved on a flat surface of the bottom to the appointed thickness and made of aggregate and regenerated rubber chips, a porous cushion plate(200) made of soft resin materials, placed on the top of the base layer and provided with many holes(220) on the surface, and a surface layer(100) paved on the top of the porous cushion plate and made of regenerated rubber chips and resin binders. In addition, mesh fabric(240) is placed on the top of the porous cushion plate to prevent the permeation of a mixture of regenerated rubber chips and resin binders which form the surface layer into the holes. |
