Described is a bottle or container stopper which comprises a tamper evident cap, a sprout, a packaging, a valve and two balls, said mechanism being arranged within an aluminum cartridge, which allows liquid to flow out, and prevents it from entering the container, the invention being characterised in that a ring is exposed after the stopper is opened for the first time.
