The bar code, scanner, identifier and validator for instant win prizes consist in a bar code covered with latex, which is subsequently uncovered (scraped off), and an infrared light lamp displaced thereon in order to reveal data which will allow the person consulting it to be aware of the kind of product, the authenticity thereof and if it is an instant win prize ticket or not by means of a data base loaded in a operative system intended to charge the merchandise of the commercial chain having available the bar code scanning system, wherein the validation code information is entered in order to be recognized and identified by the system.
