For heating of both living space and water, we use solar energy. Receptors, the units of which convert solar energy into heat, we transfer into the warehouses according to the described procedure and in description of the subject matter of the invention. Solar energy receptors (2 and 3) are made in horizontal and vertical bond beams (6 and 6'), equipped by fans (4 and 4'), through air ducts (7 and 8) we introduce hot air into the floors of a flat (6'') and constructional walls (8'), which become warehouses of heat energy, and at the same time the heating elements in the flat itsef. Ecological protection of the living space is achieved by working out an ecological system, which consists of a recessing space (14'), one type of perforated low ceiling (14''), ecological tower being built at the first mezzanine construction, and which climbs upward throughout the whole buiding, and it ends above the roof ridge, and is made strictly in the middle of the base of the storey.
