A separation and collection system for absorption spacing paper is provided to transport the removed spacing paper efficiently because the spacing paper is piled up in the collecting rod and the collecting rod is entirely moved. A separation and collection system for absorption spacing paper comprises a vertical plate(126) which is distanced from a glass plate(11) and vertically set, a lifting member(127) which is installed in the vertical plate in order to lift up and down, a rotary shaft(122) which is vertically installed on the lift member, and an absorption rod(121) which is horizontally installed on the rotary shaft and comprises a absorption port for absorbing the spacing paper.
