An apparatus for dissolving and/or mixing of gas in a fluid flow and possibly for reactions to take place. The apparatus comprises a dissolution unit (1) provided with at least one passage for the entrance (5,8) and discharge (11) of the flow into and out of the dissolution unit and circulation means (10). The dissolution unit is arranged for the flow to circulate in a looped shaped manner.
