Plastic card manufacturing and customizing process involves executing a printing stage with the help of an color laser printer (1), independent of a manufacturing chain, on plates whose dimensions correspond to the formation of a set of cards. The stage is the width of a reception trough of the printer. The printer is controlled by a customized print file which is similar to a print file used for a validation sample edition.
