The anti-reflective coating is a multilayer coating of which the most external layer is a base layer of silicon dioxide and anti-fouling coating is formed directly on the external layer of anti-reflective coating. The external layer is constituted of silicon dioxide or its mixture, and aluminum oxide. The temporary overlay was removed.
