A fall prevention device for a new building is provided to secure stability, and to facilitate installation and deconstruction. A fall prevention device for a new building is composed of a fixing member(10) which is composed of a ring formed in one end by forming a vertical bar(12) and a horizontal bar to be projected, and a holder plate(18), a connecting bar(20) which is inserted in the vertical and horizontal bars of the fixing member, and is closely fixed with a pressurization member, and a finish member(30) for finishing the opening of the new building. The finish member is composed of a pressurizing device pressurizing the fixing member by projecting the adhesive bolt when an adhesive bolt(24) is rotated by projecting an extension plate(22) at end of the connecting bar corresponding to the holder member and screw-combining the adhesive bolt on the extension plate, and a binding hole.
