An air balancing apparatus capable of improving safety with dual control provides precise control because the pneumatic pressure of an air cylinder with plural air units. An air balancing apparatus capable of improving safety with dual control comprises an air cylinder(110) which is operated by the pneumatic pressure delivered to the first port and the second port; an attachment(130) which easily handles various work pieces; a multiple shaft arm(120) which moves a work piece(200) using the attachment according to manipulation of a user, wherein the attachment is attached to one end and the air cylinder is connected to the other end; first and second air units(150) which control the pneumatic pressure of the air according to the first control signal and the second controlling signal and which supplies it to the first port and the second port of the air cylinder; a first control signal for controlling the first air unit; and a controller(140) which produces the second controlling signal for controlling the second air unit.
