A livestock excretions dry process apparatus is provided to use the processed dry livestock excretions instead of sawdust alternative for compost or livestock shed. A livestock excretions dry process apparatus comprises a supply hopper(2) which supplies livestock excretions, a supply conveyor(3) which regularly supplies livestock excretions supplied to the supply hopper, a heating sealed drying furnace(4) which is provided with the livestock excretions through the supply conveyor and dries it, a reservoir(5) wherein an outlet(52) comprising a supply port(51) and a check valve(53) so that dry livestock excretions dried in the sealed drying furnace is stored, a transfer screw(6) which transfer the dry livestock excretions ejected in the sealed drying furnace to reservoir, a primary pulverizing unit(7) which is installed in the supply port of the reservoir, and a secondary pulverizing unit(8) which is installed at the outlet of reservoir.
