A simple cookware is provided to remove smell corpuscle and roast cooking material uniformly by vortex-circulating flame inside a lid with being contacted with the center of a reflector. A simple cookware comprises an oil receiver(10), a roasting plate(20), a lid(30), and a reflector(40). The oil receiver comprises a hole(11) and a groove(12). The roasting plate is set on the oil receiver and includes a heat inlet hole(21) in which the flame passing through the hole are flowed. The lid is formed in a hemi spherical form and covers the roasting plate. The reflector is assembled on the ceiling of the lid. |
