A method for preparing rice cake is provided to improve steaming efficiency while reducing energy consumption, which results from the minute holes of a steaming nozzle. A method for preparing rice cake comprises the following steps of: filling a simple type rice cake forming container(20) with rice cake powder(11); packaging the simple type rice cake forming container with a vinyl material; rapidly freezing the simple type rice cake forming container; defrosting the simple type rice cake forming container; removing the vinyl material; closely attaching the simple type rice cake forming container to a connection packing(32) inserted along the circumference of a container receiving hole(31) of a steaming plate(30); fastening the simple type rice cake forming container with a steaming frame(100); and placing the steaming frame on a steamer and steaming the rice cake power in the simple type rice cake forming container. The simple type rice cake forming container consists of a vegetable fiber, pulp or synthetic resin. The steaming frame includes a groove(33) upwardly formed along the circumference of the steaming plate and a mount packing(34) inserted into the groove. |
