A vehicle stopper for a parking lot is provided to decorate the parking lot by planting grass and flowers in a block body, to only replace the push plate, and to facilitate injection-molding and maintenance. A vehicle stopper for a parking lot is composed of a block body(10) intercepting the progressing of the vehicle wheel, a press center which supports the block body while being pressed down with the vehicle wheel, and a cover plate additionally installed at the upper side of the block body. The block body is composed of a horizontal reinforcement rib(12) partitioning an inner space between a front incline(11) and a rear incline(11'), a first, second vertical reinforcement ribs, a bolt fastening pipe(15), a circular cap(16), a support projection(17), and a hanging groove formed between the front inclined plane and the support projection. The push plate is composed of a bottom(21), a bolt through-hole(22), a rounding portion(23), and a hanging projection(24).
