A mortise locking device having a dead bolt auto-lock function is provided to extend the battery life and prevent malfunction by automatically locking the dead bolt when the door closes and deactivating the hook of the latch bolt when the handle is manipulated. A mortise locking device having a dead bolt auto-lock function comprises a housing including an opening and an exposed member, a latch bolt(20), a dead bolt(40), a handle exposed to the inside and outside surfaces of the door, and an unlocking assembly(50) which is axially installed in the housing to be connected with the handle. The latch bolt is composed of an embedded body(21) positioned within the housing, a movable body(23) which is connected to the embedded body and moves in and out through the opening of the exposed body, a first elastic member which gives an elastic force to expose the movable body, and a hook. The dead bolt is composed of an embedded part(41) positioned within the housing, a movable part(43) which is connected to the embedded part and moves in and out through the opening of the exposed body, and a second elastic member which gives an elastic force to expose the movable part.
