An air-conditioner is provided to cool refrigerant in the condenser without additional blower fan by using heat transfer medium cooled by heat exchange with the refrigerant discharged from the evaporator. An air-conditioner comprises a main body with a cooling air outlet on the top side for exhausting cooling air, a closed circuit composed of a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator which are connected inside the main body, a refrigerant transfer pipe(60) in which refrigerant circulates, and a condenser cooling part(90) cooling the refrigerant in the condenser. The refrigerant transfer pipe includes a first coolant pipe(61) connecting the compressor and the condenser, a second coolant pipe(62) connecting the condenser and the expansion valve, a third coolant pipe(63) connecting the expansion valve and the evaporator, and a fourth coolant pipe(64) connecting the evaporator and the compressor.
