<p>A sludge pump equipped with a back flow restriction apparatus is provided to prevent the leakage of fluid and inflow of air into the pump at the sealing and to facilitate management and repair by dividing the casing into three parts. A sludge pump comprises an impeller which inhales fluid and gives torque to the fluid to be discharged, a rotating shaft(2) delivering torque of a motor to the impeller, a casing obtaining pressure from the rotation of the impeller, a bed(4) supporting the casing, and a bearing housing(5) fixing the rotating shaft. The impeller is formed in non-clog type in which a vane is formed to prevent sludge from being piled up, including a suction impeller(11) inhaling the fluid and a discharge impeller(12) forming pressure in the fluid. The casing is composed of a discharge casing(33) in which the impeller is installed, a suction casing(31) in which a back flow restriction apparatus and a space for inhaling the fluid are provided, and a discharge inflow cover(35) letting the fluid into the discharge impeller.</p> |
