A secondary handrail capable of the height control is provided, which can be applied for various kinds of all beds. A secondary handrail capable of the height control comprises: a connection part consisting of the cross member; a rigid frame(1) installed at right and left of the connection part; a lower holder(2) inserted in the lower part handrail frame(31); a movable frame(4) inserted into the rigid frame; an upper rack(6) which is inserted into the upper handrail frame(32) of the bed rail; an upper fixing tool(7) formed at the upper part of the upper rack; a screw(9) which is fixed after the height control of the movable frame; and a safety plate inserted in the upper fixing tool.
