Provided is the invention of a gambling and drawings system which develops and uses technologies currently available in the field of telecommunications, computing, electronics and electromechanics; the system may offer for the first time the opportunity to participate in gambling and drawings in an open and mobile manner. The system comprises a mobile station, a base station subsystem, a network subsystem for allowing the communication between the central network and the mobile devices. The user does not require equipment or technological infrastructure specialized in telecommunications, or credit sources, or being registered in a group or enterprise in particular for directly participating trough a vending machine, which issues in situ or in an electronic manner a probe of payment and participation, as well as that of results.
