A check valve for a small sized hot-water boiler capable of preventing noise is provided to minimize opening noise in the check valve by surrounding the outer surface of cylindrical member of the check valve. A check valve for a small sized hot-water boiler capable of preventing noise comprises as follows. The left outside of a cylindrical body(10) is surrounded with a left inner tube(40) and a left outer tube(20). The water of water tank passes between the outer limb of the left inner tube and the inner limb of the left outer tube. The water circulates the inside periphery of the left side inner shell and interval of the outside periphery. The right side of the cylindrical body is surrounded by the right inner tube(50) and right outer tube(30). The warm water heated in the cylindrical heater pipe passes by the outside periphery of the introversion pipe joint(32) and inside periphery interval of the right inner tube.
