A transceiver in which a switch sharing a matching device connected to the output terminal of a PA and input terminal of LNA is unnecessary is provided to increase the gain of the receiver LNA in a transceiver of a TDMA(Time Division Duplex) mode. A PA(Power Amplifier)(410) amplifies the output RF(Radio Frequency) signal. An LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(420) amplifies the received RF signal. The output terminal of PA and input terminal of LNA are electrically connected. The LNA comprises a first MOSFET and a resonance element connected between a source and a ground terminal of a first MOSFET as the differential type. The matching unit is electrically connected to the input terminal of the output terminal interest LNA of PA.
