<p>A backrest is proposed for a vehicle seat with a headrest fastening means, wherein the headrest fastening means has at least one headrest sleeve with an upper end and a lower end, and wherein a headrest is provided in such a way that it can be fastened to the upper end of the headrest sleeve and a component can be fastened to the lower end.
