A medical high quality image obtaining device is provided to obtain 3D stereoscopic image and a tomography image of the high quality of the object by fixing the image obtaining device stably. An X-ray generator(130) is installed in one end of a C-arm(120). An image obtaining unit(140) is arranged in a position opposite to the X-ray generator. The image obtaining unit obtains the tomography image or 3D image of the X-ray wavelength. A fixing holder(150) is arranged on the base of the C-arm. The fixing holder supports the image obtaining unit detachably. A transmitting port is electrically connected to the image obtaining unit and the central processing unit of the computer. The transmitting port transmits the tomography image or 3D stereoscopic image obtained by the image obtaining unit to the central processing unit.
