A water cooler and heater integrated with a dispenser capable of discharging coffee and tea separately is provided to maintain original taste of the coffee and the tea by separating a part in which hot water and cold water are mixed and a part of liquid tea. A water cooler and heater integrated with a dispenser includes a cold water discharge hole, a hot water discharge hole, and a mixing container(160). The cold water discharge hole and the hot water discharge hole discharge the stored hot water and cold water. The mixing container discharges liquid coffer or liquid tea with the water. The mixing container includes a coffee mixing part, a tea mixing part, and a partition. THE coffer mixing part mixes the liquid coffee with the water discharged from the water discharge hole. The partition is formed between the coffee mixing part and the tea mixing part.
