A wide width sealed polyethylene plastic bag manufacturing apparatus is provided to make the sealed surface and unsealed surface even when the wide width sealed polyethylene plastic bag is made of polyethylene. A wide width sealed polyethylene plastic bag manufacturing apparatus comprises a side transfer heat-proof conveyer(40), a width transfer heat-proof conveyer(50), and a cutting unit(21). The side transfer heat-proof conveyer consists of a couple of conveyers and conveys vinyl fabric. Each conveyor comprises a Teflon belt(42) on the endless wherein a sealing unit(17-2) and a cooling unit(18-2) are set up in the inner side thereof to seal and cool down the lateral surface.
