TIMMING CONTROLLER , DATA PROCESSING METHOD USING THE SAME AND DISPLAY APPARTUS HAVING THE SAME

A timing controller, a data processing method using the same and a display apparatus having the same are provided to adjust the timing of video data by minimizing the electromagnetic interference. A timing controller(100) comprises a receiver(110), a clock generator(120) and a memory(130). The receiver receives the pixel data(P-DATA), an external clock signal and an external data enable signal. The external clock signal(ICLK) is corresponded to process pixel data for 1 scan period. The external data enable signal(DEX) defines the valid interval and blank region of pixel data. The external clock signal is input to the clock generator through the receiver. The clock generator produces the modulation clock signal(SSCLK) altering the frequency of the external clock signal and processing the pixel data. The clock generator controls and outputs the delay time of the modulation clock signal based on the frequency modulation rate of the modulation clock signal. The memory writes and outputs the pixel data by being synchronized with the modulation clock signal.
