A compound converts the sunlight into the electrical energy and a method of preparation thereof are provided, which can enhance the photo conversion efficiency by absorbing the various wavelengths of the sunlight domain. The compound synthesizes the fullerene derivative. The triaryl amine derivative is compounded with the fullerene derivative and the fullerene-triarylamine byproduct is prepared. The byproduct is dissolved in the organic solvent and the byproduct solution is prepared. The acid is slowly added to the byproduct solution and the doping reaction is performed. The triaryl amine derivative is combined with one or more aliphatic family or the aromatic hydrocarbon and dopant.
