An air massage device for performing the finger pressure is provided, which enables to obtain the optimum attaching condition and to set the optimal time and pressure intensity. An air massage device comprises: a band(11) winding around the lower body of a user; an air sack(40) prepared in the band; and an air massage device main body(50) which obtains the massage effect while repeating the oppression and release on the muscle by discharging the pressurized air or introducing the pressurized air from the booster pump equipped inside. In case that the massage main body is mounted in the lower body, a band is mounted in the back of the lower body.
