A compression baking machine with electric heat is provided to prevent danger of safety accidents by installing a safety plate on an opening part, and to offer effective baking by adjusting pressure with a motor. A compression baking machine with electric heat includes a width adjusting unit and an oil receiver. The width adjusting unit is settled on a support stand by fastening a heating plate with a bolt on an inner surface. An electric heater is fixed on a rear side of the heating plate, and a protrusion piece is formed on a rear side part of a lower plate. The bolt is inserted into a hole formed on the protrusion piece(11). The oil receiver stores the oil overflowed from a safety plate(20) with a compression protrusion mounted on an end part of a lower plate.
