A dust prevention unit and a mobile terminal equipped with the same are provided to remove additional process factors and reduce a manufacturing cost. A contact area is formed to both sides of a first support plate(410). A second support plate(420) is faced to first support plate and is slid according to the first plate. A dust prevention member(300) is installed to the contact area to facially contact one side to both sides of the second plate. The dust prevention member guides relative movement of the first and second support plate.
