A wet disk brake is provided to minimize the quantity of oil required for a brake valve so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the brake device and effectively prevent a brake pedal from being put out. A wet disk brake includes a brake housing(110), brake plates(130), a brake disk(330), an actuator(140), and a gap maintaining device(200). Brake oil flows into the brake housing in the event of a braking operation. The brake plates are mounted in the brake housing. The brake disk is arranged between the brake plates. The actuator is arranged at a first distance from the brake plates in the brake housing. The actuator moves according to the brake oil and presses the brake plates when a braking operation is performed. The gap maintaining device maintains a gap between the actuator and the brake plates uniform.
