摘要 A method for preparing roasted whole wheat flour and bread, snacks and noodles comprising the roasted whole wheat flour are provided to thermally treat wheat husks intensively in order to reduce the roughness of bread, snacks and noodles. A method for preparing roasted whole wheat flour comprises: a first step of removing foreign materials from wheat; a second step of treating the wheat in water to be easily pulverized; a third step of sieving the pulverized material; and a fourth step of performing a roasting/cooling process and a mixing process in sequential order. The roasting process is performed at the temperature of 160~250°C for 1~20 minutes. Bread, snacks and noodles are made from the obtained roasted whole wheat flour.
