A sound insulating device for a floor plate of a building is provided to secure the flatness of a floor plate of a building by coinciding the height of each sound insulating device provided to the bottom of a floor plate with the height of an elastic spring at the appointed height regardless of elastic force. A sound insulating device(100) for a floor plate of a building comprises an upper cap(110) provided to a bottom surface of a building to absorb and to eliminate the noise and impact transferred from the upper part, a fixing plate(120) fixing the upper cap, and an elastic spring(130) inserted between the upper cap and the fixing plate to supply elastic force to the upper cap, wherein a guide rod(112) is formed in the center of the bottom of the upper cap to be extended downward to the appointed length and provided with a hanging projection(111) on the outer circumference, a guide groove(121) is formed in the center of the fixing plate to guide the guide bar, and a hanging projection(122) is formed on the inner circumference of the upper part of the guide groove to be extended inward to stop the hanging projection of the guide rod. |
