An electroluminescent display device is provided to improve quality by preventing a bright spot and a dark spot in a light emitting region due to a leakage current. An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate(110) and an insulating layer(125). The substrate includes a plurality of sub pixels. The insulating layer is formed on the substrate. The insulating layer is positioned between the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel. Two or more light emitting layers(170R,170G,170B) with different colors are formed on the insulating layer. The first or second light emitting layer emits the light with one of red, green, and blue. The first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer emit the light with different colors. A hole injection layer or hole transport layer is formed under the light emitting layer. The electron injection layer or electron transport layer is formed on the light emitting layer. |
