An agricultural work vehicle (1) in which engagement and disengagement operation of a belt tension clutch is performed by remote operation means operated by driving an actuator and manual operation means operated manually. The means are realized by a simple construction. The remote operation means (91) is connected to the actuator (92), and the actuator (92) is driven by operation of the remote operation means (91) to engage and disengage the belt tension clutch (36). The manual operation means (101) is connected to the clutch (36) via a link mechanism, and the actuator (92) is provided in an intermediate section of the link mechanism. The clutch (36) can be engaged and disengaged by operation of the manual operation means (101) with the actuator (92) not driven.
