An apparatus for preventing oxidation of cooking is provided to circulate a current to the whole container, and to generate a negative ion by producing the current of high potential inside a frying container. An apparatus for preventing oxidation of cooking includes a main body part(300), a wire, and an oxidation preventing part(290). The main body part is comprised of an external power supply part, a high voltage generating part, and a timer setting up operation time. The wire is connected with a cathode generated in the high voltage generating part. The oxidation preventing part includes a protective cover made of a nontoxic silicone material, a bracket supporting an electrode plate, and a support rod in which the wire connected with the bracket is built.
