A piping flange connection structure enables coupling in the position distanced from coupling member by fastening force uniformly applied in the flange declined unit. A piping flange connection structure comprises a male flange(22-M) and a female flange(22-F), a sealing member(24), a coupling member, and an incline(31). Piping of the male flange and female flange are coupled. The sealing member is interposed between the male and female flanges. The coupling member couples the male flange and female flange wherein the sealing member is interposed. The flange decline unit forms a coupling surface wherein the male and female flanges are coupled.
