<p>A teletext receiving apparatus based on a touch screen is provided to enable a user to view the teletext broadcast through the touch screen and move a channel and page of teletext through the touch screen. A reception processing unit(120) demodulates/decodes a teletext signal to generate a bit stream. A parsing unit(130) parses a data packet corresponding to the bit stream. A memory unit(140) stores the parsed data packet. A touch screen(150) outputs a teletext page, and receives an input about the teletext from a user. An input/output control unit(160) select the teletext page from the data packet stored in the memory unit, classifies the teletext page into a link region and a display region, and then sets up the link region and display region as coordinates of the touch screen.</p> |
