A plasma display panel is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a glass of soda-lime material and Pb-free dielectric composition. A plurality of scan electrodes(202) and a plurality of sustain electrodes(203) are arranged on a top part of a front substrate(201). The scan electrode and the sustain electrode include a transparent electrode(202a,203a) and a bus electrodes(202b,203b). A dielectric layer(204) covers a plurality of electrodes. A rear substrate(211) has a fixed gap from the front substrate. A plurality of data electrodes(213) is arranged on a top part of the rear substrate. A barrier rib(212) partitions a discharge cell between the front substrate and the rear substrate. |
