A hand-held arm support is provided, which prevents the standing posture of a protector from getting out of order by supporting the arms. A hand-held arm support comprises: a guide plate(10) holding arm of the standing protector; a support bar(20) which is connected to the lower part of the guide plate; a hinge element which is equipped between the guide plate and the support bar and pivots the guide plate; and a locking member(40) which is connected to ascend and descend along the support bar and controls the circulation of the guide plate. The guide plate is equipped with the wrist support part(11).
